Plans & limits
Free, Pro and Business, and how to upgrade.
Each website has a plan that sets limits on members, posts, projects, reports, storage, file size, languages, websites per owner, modules and API requests per minute.
See your usage
The Plan page shows a meter for every limit. Meters turn amber at 80% and red at 100%, and the Overview page warns you too. When a limit is reached, saving shows "Limit reached" – your existing content stays.
Prices
Plans show a monthly and yearly price in USD. Switch between Monthly and Yearly at the top of the plan cards.
Request an upgrade
Website Owners and Admins press Request this plan, choose monthly or yearly and add a note. One request can be open at a time; you can cancel it. A platform administrator approves or rejects it and the reply appears in your request history. There are no online payments.
Trials and end dates
Administrators can give a website a free trial (once per website) or a plan with an end date. A banner shows the days left in the last 14 days. When the date passes, the website moves to Free automatically – content is kept, but you can't add more than Free allows.
